How we build them

We build wall-mount adapters on our own lines from 5 to 65 W, with US folding blades or interchangeable AC clips and a DC lead terminated to your drawing. The efficiency we print is the DoE Level VI four-point average for that wattage — 85.0% at 18 W, 86.2% at 24 W — and every unit is hi-pot tested at 3.0 kV AC before it leaves the line. Standard SKUs, or built to your voltage, cable length, connector, and housing colour.

Yes. Plug-in wall adapters from 5 to 65 W at 5, 9, 12, or 24 V, built to your DC output connector, cable length, housing color, and logo.

Do you offer interchangeable AC plugs for other regions?

Yes. US NEMA 1-15 folding blades are standard, with interchangeable EU, UK, and AU clips on request for multi-region programs, so one supply ships worldwide.

What is the maximum wattage for a plug-in wall adapter?

Up to about 65 W. Above that the unit gets too heavy to hang safely from the outlet, so we move you to an enclosed desktop adapter with a detachable cord.

What safety marks do wall adapters carry?

UL 62368-1, DoE Level VI efficiency, and FCC Part 15 B, verifiable by file number, with regional overlays on request.

Can I choose the country of origin?

Yes. The same adapter builds in Vietnam or China on one drawing set — you elect the origin, documented per unit.
