Kestner Supply is a small operation. We collect the little we need to answer your inquiry and to see how the site is used — nothing more. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
When you use the quote or contact form, you send us your name, work email, and — if you fill them in — your company, phone, and message. That submission is delivered to us byWeb3Forms, a form-delivery service, and we use it only to respond to you. We don't add you to a marketing list without asking, and we don't sell it.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — aggregate usage, heatmaps, and session recordings of on-page behavior (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks). Clarity is provided by Microsoft and sets cookies to do this. It masks form fields and other sensitive content by default, so what you type is not captured. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally. Microsoft's handling of the data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The only cookies this site sets are Microsoft Clarity's analytics cookies. There are no advertising cookies, and the site has no login or shopping cart, so it sets no cookies of its own. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time — the site works without them.
Each processes data only to provide its function; none receives your data for its own marketing.
