We own two factories — one in China, one in Vietnam — running the same drawing set. Our power lines build AC/DC power adapters, chargers, and switching power supplies; our cable lines build custom cable assemblies, USB-C, HDMI, Ethernet, and power cords. Same engineering, same test procedure, in either country.

Every order passes three quality gates — IQC on incoming parts, IPQC in process, and OQC before it ships — and every unit gets a 100% final test, on our own calibrated equipment, not a subcontractor's word. It's the same data we hand you: UL file numbers, DoE efficiency figures, and continuity and hipot results.

What "in-house" means — every process under our roof
The two factories are the core, not the ceiling. For a power or connectivity part we do not make ourselves, we do not hand you off — we source it through a factory we have vetted the way we run our own: a line walk, the test data, the mill certificates, and an approved sample before a single unit ships. It is why “we can’t” is rare.
What we make or what we source, the accountability does not move: you contract with Kestner, and Kestner warrants what ships.
