How we build them

We mold, terminate, and test Cat6A, Cat6, and Cat5e — patch cords, keystone-terminated runs, and bulk cable on the spool or in the box. Every assembly is continuity- and wiremap-tested to TIA-568, in UTP or shielded (F/UTP, S/FTP) construction with CMR or CMP jacket ratings, your boot color, and your print legend for private-label programs.

Ethernet / Cat cables — common questions

Which Ethernet categories do you supply?

Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a — shielded (F/UTP, S/FTP) or unshielded (UTP) — as molded patch cords, keystone-terminated field runs, or bulk on the spool.

Are the patch cords TIA-568 compliant and jacket-rated?

Yes. Assemblies are tested to TIA-568 performance and carry UL AWM jacket ratings in CMR (riser) or CMP (plenum), plus RoHS.

What is the difference between CMR and CMP jackets, and which do I need?

CMR (riser) is for vertical runs between floors; CMP (plenum) is the higher fire rating required in air-handling spaces. Tell us the install environment and we jacket accordingly.

Can you do custom lengths, boot colors, and print legends?

Yes — length, boot color, jacket rating, and a custom cable-print legend (your text or part number) to spec.

Do you supply bulk cable as well as finished cords?

Yes — bulk Cat5e/6/6a on the spool or in a pull-box, alongside molded and field-terminated assemblies, with origin documented per unit.
